Our VRI interpreters are on call any time during the day, Monday through Friday (8 a.m.-8 p.m.)

Video Camera Interpreting Services combine the benefits of in-person and by phone communications

It allows the interpreters to fully grasp the situation for which they are interpreting.
Get connected to our VRI Web/Mobile app:

Login using your email and password.

Open caller by selecting the microphone icon in the top right corner of the portal.

Select language:
-
App will set to users' default language and service type or the last used settings.

Select the language required for interpretation from the drop down list.

Optional: Use the 3 dots next to service type to select a gender preference ( it will limit pool of available interpreters).

Place the call. Wait to be connected to an interpreter.

End the call.
