Why our VRI?​​

  • It works best for emergency situations.

  • High-resolution video and audio connection.​

  • It is at no cost to you and is effective to set up.

  • All you need is internet access, a mobile device, or computer and a webcam.

  • The visual communication puts clients at ease.

  • Our VRI interpreters are on call any time during the day, Monday through Friday (8 a.m.-8 p.m.)

  • Video Camera Interpreting Services combine the benefits of in-person and by phone communications

  • It allows the interpreters to fully grasp the situation for which they are interpreting.

Get connected to our VRI Web/Mobile app:

  1. Login using your email and password.

  2. Open caller by selecting the microphone icon in the top right corner of the portal.

  3. Select language:

    • App will set to users' default language and service type or the last used settings.​

    • Select the language required for interpretation from the drop down list.

    • Optional: Use the 3 dots next to service type to select a gender preference ( it will limit pool of available interpreters).

  4. Place the call. Wait to be connected to an interpreter.

  5. End the call.
