Get connected to our VRI Web/Mobile app:

  1. Login using your email and password.

  2. Open caller by selecting the microphone icon in the top right corner of the portal.

  3. Select language:

    • App will set to users' default language and service type or the last used settings.​

    • Select the language required for interpretation from the drop down list.

    • Optional: Use the 3 dots next to service type to select a gender preference ( it will limit pool of available interpreters).

  4. Place the call. Wait to be connected to an interpreter.

  5. End the call.
